Introduction
The "draft" proposal found here is intended as a working model for a strategic plan to be developed with a number of individuals and associations.
An undertaking of this sort can only be successful with the input and participation of others so we ask for your thoughts and observations, particularly as to how they relate to our "Needs Statement"
This draft has not been thoroughly "proofed" so the author begs some sort of forgiveness and hopes a proofreader steps forward!
Persons listed under "Exploratory Committee" are "candiddates" identified by the author and we certainly hope they will participate, as we hope our list of potential committee members expands with your suggestions.
