Shaker chairs made by Timberlake and Company are seated with 100% cotton canvas webbing. The width of the tape is one inch and the pattern we use is called "checkerboard".

We use Minwax brand woodstains. Because it may be a little difficult to visualize the finish and stain colors from a photograph, we find it extremely helpful to be able to direct a customer"from away" to their local hardware or building supply store to actually see the Minwax stains displayed on wood samples. Our topcoat is a waterborne varnish and carnuba paste wax.

We will seat chairs with Shaker tape in other patterns and finish with other stains and finishes but an upcharge will be applied. Please contact us for further information.
